Owned by Lynne and Ty McDaniel, An Orange Moon, a 1,000 square foot space in the North Kenwood neighborhood of Chicago has been in the business of selling vintage mid century for more than a decade. They’ve won numerous Best Of awards both regionally and virtually for their wonderfully curated selection and keen eye for style. Their personal favorites? T.H. Recycled Mod, Chicago
Shari Currie, the owner of Recycled Mod not only sells vintage midcentury modern finds, she upcycles other vintage gems into modern creations, hand crafts a selection of contemporary goods. Located in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago, her showroom also serves as hunting and inspiration grounds for clients who seek her interior design help, too.
Dressing Rooms Interiors Studio, Charlotte
Growing up in a home filled with art, antiques and global artifacts, Ariene Bethea was almost destined for a future in interior design and all things style. Her boutique furniture shop Dressing Rooms Interiors Studio LLC, is the aesthetic culmination of all of her influences (but mostly her art-loving mother) as she curates and assembles vintage and antique finds that are bold colorful and mutli-cultural.
